God is building a home. He’s using us all—irrespective of how we got here—in what he is building. He used the apostles and prophets for the foundation. Now he’s using you, fitting you in brick by brick, stone by stone, with Christ Jesus as the cornerstone that holds all the parts together. We see it taking shape day after day—a holy temple built by God, all of us built into it, a temple in which God is quite at home.
Ephesians 2:19-22

God uses each of us in building His Kingdom; we all have a part – stone by stone, brick by brick. As a church we have so many future plans for this House; our local and global outreaches and resources for the church family, to name a few. But more than anything we want to align our hearts with God’s heart.

Heart for the House is our once a year opportunity to give over and above regular tithes and offerings where we sow financially in faith, trusting that God is our provider and that He can create the ability for a plentiful harvest (Deuteronomy 8:18). The amount of the offering is not the focus – it is about the heart of the giver and an unwavering trust in our faithful God. It is an offering not about equal giving, but rather about equal sacrifice.

God is building a home and He can work miracles with our faithfulness. We pray that you will be challenged to go beyond yourself. Trust for divine acceleration as you move beyond what may be comfortable, and join a community of people who believe that our collective devotion can brick by brick build God’s House.

Our church is not built on the gifts and talents of a few, but on the sacrifices of many.
