The Waiting Place

Psalm 27:13-14 NIV
I remain confident of this:
I will see the goodness of the Lord
In the land of the living.
Wait for the Lord;
Be strong and take heart
and wait for the Lord
What happens when you aren’t where you used to be, but also aren’t where you want to be?
When God gives us a promise, there is always a process until the fulfilment. The process can seem long and unproductive sometimes, but God uses that time as a place to grow us.
To us waiting is wasting. To God, waiting is working.
The waiting place doesn’t always change our circumstances, but it allows time for us to be changed in the process.
Don’t allow the waiting process to make you doubt God and His promises concerning your life.
The verse says be strong, take heart, and wait for the Lord!
Even when you don’t find yourself where you want to be, embrace the place where you are, knowing God is sovereign and is in control.
Waiting is the process to the promise.
